In this short article I will talk about the good, the ugly and who should consider purchasing this digital camera and camcorder combo.

Firstly, I want to talk about the good things about this dxg digital camcorder. The fact that the 305v is five devices in one is what get so many people attention not to mention it is priced very cheaply for having so many features.

The Good:

• So, one of the good thing about this gadget is that it features a digital camcorder, digital camera, mp3 playback for music lovers, a webcam for internet video, a voice recorder that save files in .wav format. The versatility of this camcorder has to be one of it strongest selling points.
  
• The price is almost unbeatable for such a featured rich camcorder- You can find these for sale on the internet for $100 or less.
  
• It is a small portable design that is easy to handle and it can easily fit in your purse or other taute accessory without any problems.
  
• The model is very sleek and stylish looking. You want be ashamed to break this out in front of friends and family members at gatherings. I really like the look of the pink and blue models.
  
• The software that comes with this camcorder is quite good. You can use it to edit your videos and pictures.
  

The Bad:

• Even though this camera packs 5 devices in one the quality that it produces is very low. There are many complaints about the camcorder videos being to dark and the camera pictures not being clear.
  
• It only has 3 megapixels-By today's standards this very low and is one of the reasons that the pictures it produces are low quality.
  
• It only has 32mb of internal memory- If you shoot a lot of videos then you will run out of room very fast. You can upgrade the camera by purchasing a 512mb SD memory card.
  
• It use up batteries fairly quickly- This camcorder use 4 AAA batteries. My advice would be to purchase rechargeable batteries and a batter recharger.
